YOU NEED:
n Used fridge motor ( ermethic unit)
n filter regulator with braket to easy mount
n 3 nipples ¼ inches
n a “T” all female ¼ inch
n Adjustable security valve: with a bolt you can adjust the hrdness of a spring against air pressure.
n a 90° junction for 6 mm pipe ( or 8 mm, it depends on dimensione of outlet air pipe of the motor fridge)
n
n a flexible booted tube with steel shealth 10-12 cm lenght ,internal diameter about 6 mm and female junctions ¼ inches. (this article must be realized by any specialized hardware or little tube and pipe workshop
n a very big metal band (it must be mounted all around the motor)

n an interrupt with light and his own box
n wooden base , about 25x30 cm
n handles
n screws and rounds
n a little mammuth for electrical junction
n a pressure meter
n dielectric oil
n air filter

some notes:
YOu need a 1/5 or 1/6 HP motor fridge (equivalent to 7 or 8 cube centimeters),
for ease your research you can use this useful scheme

To unmount the motor from the entire fridge you need
pipe cutter, ora a saw for metal, probably some wrenches and sure some
screwdriver.
At home we'll test the motor.. YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO KNOW
THE ELECTRICAL SCHEME OF THE MOTOR, BE VERY CAREFUL
If the motor is ok we continue
to clean it and if it's necessary we paint it with high temperature enamels
(easy to find spray can). Close the holes befor painting the motor!!
Replace the entire amount of inner oil, using the new dielectric oil (you need
about two full glass of oil, About 250-300 ml)
Follow this scheme
Now adjuste the valve:
turn on the motor, keep open
the tap and full open the valve.
then close the tap so the air must exit ony from the valve
start to close the valve (the air will continue to exit but the inner pressure
will increase)
when you read 5 or 6 BAR to the pressure meters, so lock the valve with the
second bolt, open the tap, turn off the motor and remove the tap, you do not
need it anymore!.
You must replace it with your own junction for the airbrush
Now when the airbrush is off but the compressor produces air, the extra amount
will exit from the valve and you're safe!
